How does the personalization work?+
You pick a style, upload photos (people and/or pets), and our guided wizard suggests a court role assignment. You get a proof before production.
Can I combine people and pets in one deck?+
Yes. You can freely mix — e.g. two people and two pets as King, Queen, Jack, and Ace. We suggest a sensible default that you can override.
What photos work best?+
Sharp, well-lit portraits with visible faces. For pets: head shots where ears and snout are recognizable.
How long does production take?+
After you approve the proof, typically 7–10 business days for production plus 2–5 business days for EU shipping.
Where are the decks printed?+
We work with established playing card manufacturers for premium print quality. Casino-grade card stock with linen finish, offset-printed.
Can I see the deck before it prints?+
Yes — that's core to the process. You receive a high-resolution proof of every single card. Only after you approve does the order go into production.
What if I don't like the proof?+
You can request changes or cancel before production. For pre-orders, the €10 deposit is fully refundable.
Do you offer volume discounts for businesses?+
Yes. Volume tiers start at 10 decks, with custom quotes above 100 decks. See our business page for details.
